"The Truth About Necromancy"

The Truth About Necromancy

We live in a supernatural age when God will demonstrate His ability to reveal and communicate and His power to heal and deliver.  However we live in a world where people are hungry for the paranormal.  Be very careful not to seek other sources outside of God through Jesus Christ.  You should only want to see what the Holy Spirit has revealed and hear what He has spoken.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.  But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.  To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.  And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him:  they know his voice.  And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him:  for they know not the voice of strangers.

Believer from reading your bible, you will become more familiar with the voice of God. You will also be more keen to the strangeness of the voice of a stranger.

No other source should take the place of God when seeking  guidance.  The Word of God is our guide, the "blessed" delight in the Word.  (Ps. 1)

Although God loves to communicate.  He will not be manipulated, as many of us are, into answering a question He has either already answered or that he is requiring that you wait on an answer for.   If you have not developed the fruit of the spirit in your life and if your loyalty to God is not solid you just may seek an answer elsewhere.

Recently McDonald's  supposedly planned coming out with a Happy Meal containing a Ouija Board.  This is now said to have been a joke.  Let me tell you what is not a joke.  Children every day are being desensitized, oppressed and even demonically possessed by video game activities that have a demonic origin, Ouiji boards and other paraphernalia that in the long run does more harm them good.

"What does the Bible say about necromancy?"

Answer: Necromancy is defined as the conjuring of the spirits of the dead for purposes of magically revealing the future or influencing the course of events. In the Bible, necromancy is also called “divination,” “sorcery” and “spiritism” and is forbidden many times in Scripture (Leviticus 19:26; Deuteronomy 18:10; Galatians 5:19-20; Acts 19:19) as an abomination to God. It is something that the Lord speaks very strongly against and is to be avoided as much as any evil. The reason for this is twofold.

First, necromancy is going to involve demons and opens the one who practices it to demonic attack. Satan and his demons seek to destroy us, not to impart to us truth or wisdom. We are told that our “enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Peter 5:8). Second, necromancy does not rely on the Lord for information, the Lord who promises to freely give wisdom to all who ask for it (James 1:5). This is especially telling because the Lord always wants to lead us to truth and life, but demons always want to lead us to lies and serious damage.

The idea that dead peoples spirits can be contacted for information is false. Those who attempt such contact inevitably contact demonic spirits, not the spirits of dead loved ones.  Therefore, seeking the dead is unnecessary and very dangerous.

My prayer is that the Believers become more keen to the cunning plans of the enemy and enlighten our children and those who may dismiss it or not take it seriously.  In an attempt to be helped and blessed, let us not violate other principles.  Let us seek God in Spirit and in Truth.  May prayer is that a generation be taken from underneath the deception of the enemy.

You see, God loves to communicate and if you ask Him, you will receive an answer.  (Mt. 7:7) The bible says:  "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not." (Jer. 33:3)

Answer:  Wait on the Lord and be of courage and he will strengthen thine heart.  Wait I say on the Lord.

(Ps. 27:14; Deut. 6:5)

"Called and Chosen"

For many years now, we have heard,  "there is coming a great move of God's Spirit".  The wave is coming.  In the meantime, prepare.

You prepare by cooperating with your spiritual leaders and by cooperating with the Spirit of God.  You prepare by spending quality time with the Lord and inviting Him to have his way in your life.  You prepare by developing the fruit of the Spirit in your life, laying aside every weight and sin that besets you, and by majoring on love. (Gal. 5:22-23) (He. 12:1) (1 Co. 13)

During the 3rd and final church reformation we have also entered into the time of fulfillment.  Today, God is pouring out knowledge in great proportions; not sparingly but liberally.  Bible prophecy predicts that knowledge will increase  in the last days.(Dan. 12:8&9), and these are the last days.  In addition the power of God will be manifested on an unprecedented level.   The gift of faith  and gifts of healing will be used greatly, but God's instigation of mass miracles and mass healing will be most prominent.  This supernatural activity will happen mostly during times deep worship, exuberant praise and waiting in His presence.

Those who God will use during this end time move of  His Spirit, at the the last day, are standing underneath a flow to receive the outpouring of spiritual knowledge and revelation to advance the Kingdom of God.

Unfortunately, there are many people today who are more aware of their individual voids than they are of the presence of the Almighty God.  Therefore, as time progresses what also progresses is man's disappointment, frustration and dissatisfaction.    Truthfully, there exists a chosen generation within a generation.  This  generation focuses on needs, wants and desires and the chosen generation,  on loving God and and releasing God's presence and power to transform.  Those with a higher God consciousness focus on living blameless before God, not man, loving God with all their heart, soul mind and strength and having unfeigned love.  This is the generation that will release  His power to save, deliver and heal.  They are  also being poured out upon with revelation knowledge.

This  is not automatic, but they have asked God and welcomed him to bring his fire for baptism, as they purge themselves.  2 Timothy 2:20&21 says:  But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.  If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

If you haven't already, you should invite Him to come and bring the revelation for this age.  Welcome him.

This is the earth, the soil from which we all bud from.  The planted of the Lord are in the House of God, but as you are planted and as you grow you find that you'll begin to, by the Holy Spirit and the "sonshine" of God, move towards what God has called you and raised you up to be.   Many of you are Joshuas.  I Thank God for the Joshua Generation, because Joshua's purpose and call was to successfully bring the Children of Israel out of bondage and to deal with what ever walls were in the way and to kill whatever kings were opposing the move of God.  It was Caleb who said, now that we have accomplished our task, "Give me My Mountain."   Joshua had the revelation of how to take the mountain for God, and Caleb had the revelation of how to claim what God promised as an inheritance; what belonged to them.  I believe Joshua needs to be in right relationship with his Caleb and the two together can produce a balanced work for the Kingdom of God.

God is helping us in our positioning.  We must be positioned in a way that we are able to maintain our balance.  Balance comes by being aligned with the mind of God.

There is a wave coming, which is the move of God's spirit.  You and I are last day leaders in one capacity or another.   These are the last days and God has a different assignment for us in these last days.  So it's very important for us to know where we are in time and position as it relates to the seven mountains of culture.

There is still time to prepare, but with an attitude of expectation.  Preparation takes up the space that wait occupies.  Your time is now.   This is a season of fulfillment.  (Ecc. 3:2)

"What Is Peace?"

What Is Peace?

When I typed the word peace into the google bar I found the following:

1.  Freedom from disturbance; quiet and tranquility.
2.  Freedom from or cessation of war or violence.

It is used as an exclamation in different ways such as being used in a greeting or used as an order to remain silent.

Synonyms:  law and order, lawfulness, order, peacefulness, peaceableness, harmony, nonviolence; concord along with the example of its usage "we pray for peace".

1.  My personal definition of peace is:  the consciousness of my life with all that it entails in the
hands of my father with my best interest in the forefront of his mind and heart.
 2.  Having an "It's okay, He's got my back" on the inside.
 3.  Walking in the reality that "God knows" and is capable of divinely intervening.

synonyms:  trust, rest, faith

Peace is mentioned 420 times in the Bible, 109 of which are in the New Testament alone.

How to let peace reign in your heart.

1.  Receive peace with God through Jesus (Ro. 5:5, Jn. 3:16)
 2.  Let the word of God be the final authority and have the final say in your life because God and
his word are one and the same.   (Jn. 1:1)
 3.  Connect with God's thoughts of peace about you.  (Jer. 29:11)
 4.  Know that for the born again believer,  before the foundations of the world, you said yes to being
conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.  (Ro. 8:29)
 5.  Trust your Pastor, whom God has given to shepherd you into maturity.  (Eph. 4:11:12)
 6. Fear is never a sign from God.  Rebuke it.  (2 Tim . 1:7)
 7.  Manage your thoughts.   (Phil. 4:8, Jer. 33:3)
 8.  Be thankful. (1 Thes. 5:18, Col. 3:15,1 Tim. 2:1)
 9.  Pray for others  (Tim. 2:1&2)
 10.  Be peaceful toward everyone, no exceptions (1 Tim. 2:1&2)

If you don't know Jesus as Lord of your life that is the first step.  Before you can have true peace, you must have peace with God.  So, here is some added information, just in case you need help with step #1:  Peace with God.

Each of us has been created in the image and likeness of God.  We are not robots and we don't automatically love and obey Him.  We must willfully love and obey him.

People choose to disobey Him and go our own willful way.  This action results in separation from God.  When you are separated from your creator it is impossible to let peace reign in your heart.

Consider the following:
For all  have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  (Ro. 3:23)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord  (Ro. 6:23)
People try and try in many ways to have peace between themselves and God.  It won't come by meditating, medicating,  humanitarian efforts or advocating injustices.

The bible says,
There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death, (Pro. 14:12)
But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. (Is. 59:2)
There's only one way to find peace with God.
Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose from the grave.  He paid the penalty for our sins and bridged the gap between God and people.

The Bible says…
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ. (1 Tim. 2:5)
For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. (1 Pe. 3:18)
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:  While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Ro. 5:8)
God has provided the only way.  Each person must make a choice
Here I am!  I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with me. (Re. 3:20)
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.  (Jn. 1:12)
That if you confess with your mouth "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Ro. 10:9)

Do you want Peace with God right  now?

1.  Admit your need (I am a sinner)
2.  Be willing to turn from your sins (repent)
3.  Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross and rose from the grave.
4.  Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit
(Receive Him as Lord and Savior)

How to Pray:
 Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness.  I believe that You died for my sins.  I want to turn from my sins.  I now invite You to come into my heart and life.  I want to trust and follow You as Lord and Savior.
 In Jesus' name.  Amen.
 If you prayed this prayer,

The Bible says…

Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Ro. 10:13)
Did you sincerely ask Jesus Christ to come into  your life?  Where is He right  now?  That right, He is inside of you.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works so that no one can boast. (Eph. 2:8&9)
He who has the Son has life; he who does  not have the Son of God does not have life.  I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.  1 Jn. 5:12-13.
Receiving Christ, we are born into God's family through the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit who indwells every believer.  This is called regeneration or new birth.

This is just the beginning a wonderful new life in Christ. To deepen this relationship you should:

1.  Read your bible everyday
2.  Talk to God in prayer everyday
3.  Tell others about Christ everyday
4.  Worship, fellowship and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached.
5.  As Christ's representative in a dying world, demonstrate your new life by your love and concern
     for others.

"The Peace of God"

The world is filled with generations of people exposed to threat of economic collapse, the talk of war, terrorist attacks, sleeper cells, and the infiltration of enemy forces lead by spiritual darkness.

Isaiah prophesied of a person who would come;  a promise.  Those of us who are alive today live in the days when the promise has already come.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.  Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever.  The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

There are many names listed in the prophecy of Jesus Christ, the last being The Prince of Peace  (above).   It is very important for you to personally possess peace.  Many times we look outside of ourselves, at the world around us, not realizing that the peace in the world is postponed because there are events that must happen.  However the peace in your heart is your inheritance.  It has been promised to you.  Isaiah prophesied that He would come.  Who is He?  He is the Prince of Peace, Jesus.

Jesus has made it possible for us to have peace because He is our peace. (Col. 1:20)  We have peace with God through Jesus, the Prince of Peace. (Ro. 5:1)  The prince of peace gives us closeness with God through our union with Him.

The peace of God, surpasses understanding and knowledge and has the ability to keep our heart and mind through Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
